Valai began his career in the healthcare industry in 2002, starting at an entry-level position and working his way through the ranks, ultimately assuming leadership roles. He has collaborated with prominent clients such as Athena, Northwell, and Columbia Medical University.
Valai joined Viewgol in 2019, attracted by the company’s forward-thinking approach to RCM and its focus on data-driven operations. Valai provides valuable input in developing Viewgol’s Analytics software and recognizes its power to create RCM Heroes and provide actionable insights that help clients work more efficiently and improve revenue collection.
