Timeline
1991: Doug and Harry meet in college.
2011: Doug and Kristen start working together at NextGen Healthcare. They knew despite technological advances, full transparency into the revenue cycle was still out of reach for most practices.
Early 2016: Kristen and Doug get their first client on the Beta Viewgol product. Within 30 days, they saved them over $1M dollars.
Later in 2016: Doug and Harry meet for coffee, Doug casually mentions the product and its potential. Harry tells Doug that if he doesn’t launch a business and bring the product to market he’ll always regret it.
End of 2016: Doug calls his wife and gets her blessing to start a business, as long as he was getting an office outside of their home.
Today: Doug, Kristen, and Harry ﹣ along with hundreds of employees﹣help practices uncover hidden opportunities, understand their data in context, and drive revenue.
