Rachel Folk, Director, HR and Finance, brings more than 15 years of diverse management experience to Viewgol. Her professional journey, which began with a full soccer scholarship to college, has seen her managing teams in various sectors, including sales, finance, and retail.
Rachel’s passion for making a difference is evident in her work at Viewgol. She was drawn to Viewgol by the opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the healthcare and technology sectors, two of the fastest-growing fields today. She is excited about the impact she can make on her team members and Viewgol’s clients.
In her role at Viewgol, Rachel oversees compliance, HR, and finance, and is instrumental in implementing processes. As Viewgol continues to expand, Rachel is involved in strategic planning to ensure competitive pay and improve the lives of employees. Always ready to volunteer for new initiatives, she demonstrates her commitment to the company’s success and her passion for making a difference in the lives of both employees and clients.
Outside of work, Rachel is a sports enthusiast with a particular fondness for football. She prides herself on her fantasy football skills and is a dedicated fan of The University of Texas, Alabama, and the Dallas Cowboys.
