Ashish Yellapantula, Viewgol’s Senior Director, Operations, is a revenue cycle expert with a comprehensive background in data analysis. His career began in patient financial services, where he directly assisted patients with billing. Over time, Ashish would manage various aspects of RCM operations, including billing, payment posting, and customer interactions. His expertise extends to data analytics and MIS systems, where he led a team for four years. His career took a turn towards customer management when he joined IKS Health, where he managed doctor relationships, customer relationships, and on-site operations.
Ashish joined Viewgol in 2019 to kickstart Viewgol’s operations in India. Ashish believes Viewgol’s strength lies in its ability to provide untapped financial information crucial for managing healthcare RCM effectively. He is excited about the ongoing transition towards automation in RCM, which he believes is the future of the industry.
In his role, Ashish oversees all RCM operations in India, including core operational functions and support processes like quality training and transition. He also oversees administrative work for Viewgol’s India organization, managing government requirements and relationships.
Outside of his professional life, Ashish is a self-described “numbers guy” and a data “nerd.”
